Can you perhaps speak to the mathematical rigour you desire - not in ideal cases, but minimally - in candidates you hire for ML Ops positions? I’m concerned that I don’t have the background for this field, despite looking to head in this general direction as a mid-thirties, boot camp student with a degree in Accounting.
